Donna originally served as Chief Human Resources Officer for IVA’AL from August 2018 through April 2024, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening organizational culture, modernizing HR infrastructure, and supporting the company’s continued growth. She has since returned to her role, bringing renewed vision and continuity to the HR function.

Donna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Professional Writing from Winthrop University, a foundation that enhances her strengths in organizational communication, employee engagement, and leadership alignment.
